Screen each newcomer carefully:
- If the person is healthy, let them in they can help develop the base.
- If they’re infected, send them to the elimination zone to protect the others.
- If you're unsure place them in quarantine and monitor for symptoms.

Expand your base, improve living conditions, gather resources, and extend your influence.
